PTMS modules developed using Microsoft® .NET Technology and LicenseHQ Anchor the 2008 TCI User Conference
San Diego, California - September 25, 2008
Tax Compliance, Inc. held its 2008 TCI User Conference September 22 - 24, 2008 at the beautiful Omni San Diego Hotel. Situated in the heart of San Diego's Gaslamp District, the hotel offered an ideal setting for the three days of learning, networking, and fun.
"I was really struck by the energy and enthusiasm our customers showed for our new PTMS modules," said Scott Strauss CEO of Tax Compliance, Inc. "They were really excited by the interface redesign and new technology and provided us with some great feedback for further development."
Agnes Cleveland, at NuStar Energy L.P. summarized her feelings, "The new PTMS modules should improve our productivity." She added, "It is nice to see a company making an effort to include their customers in the product development process. Keep up the good job!"
LicenseHQ customers were also impressed. "I was struck by how easy it is to use LicenseHQ," said Cathy Oakhill of Harris Corporation. "We're very excited about LicenseHQ's new features and where TCI is taking the system."
The 2008 TCI User Conference provided the TCI Community with valuable hands-on training, featuring more than forty distinct session topics presented by TCI staff members and customers. Each session generated a large amount of participation and enthusiasm among attendees. With so many property tax and business license professionals in attendance, the 2008 TCI User Conference also offered an excellent networking opportunity for state and local tax professionals. Attendees had direct access to TCI personnel for one-on-one meetings and additional instruction, and TCI's development staff came away with countless ideas for future enhancements to its software products, PTMS and LicenseHQ. "We've really been energized by our customers' reaction to our two products," said Strauss, "We're eager to take these ideas and get back to work."
